Things you do well:

  1. You have great running form. Amazing since this is one of the hardest things to get right.
Things to work on:
  1. On your penultimate step, swiftly and COMPLETELY plant the pole. Your pausing your plant motion after you strat it and the plant isn't getting fully up before you take-off
  2. Swing a straight trail leg all the way to your hands and past the pole before you invert
