11/21/2009 Club Practice Video @ UVM ( Chevalier )

Things you do well:

  1. You have a hell of alot of speed in you.
  2. You have a great straight trail leg swing
Things to work on:
  1. Don't look down at the beginning of your approach run
  2. Stay taller ( just pick your head up ) at the start of your approach run and drive harder and higher with that first step so yout thigh is parallel to the ground. Do this and the rest of your approach run will be about perfect
  3. Stay tall and fully extend your back leg every step during your approach run so your knees come up more. Don't try to get your feet down quick. Let it happen naturally.
  4. Plant is still off to the right instead of directly over your head
  5. Get that bottom arm elbow OUT during your take-off. ( Remind me about this next practice! )
